Ink is kept continuously in motion within the printhead, preventing settling and drying — significantly reducing clogging, minimizing cleaning routines and enabling low-maintenance production with consistently high quality.
- Precision-Fit Printhead System
Print bars are engineered with a precision-fit design that allows printheads to be swapped without realignment, ensuring consistent performance and minimal downtime.
- Single or Dual Color Capability
A unique dual-nozzle-row design lets one printhead run in single color with redundancy or in two colors at reduced speed — enabling full-color (CMYK) printing with only two printheads.
- Flexible Ink Delivery
Choose from compact 775 ml cartridge-based systems (IDS-1CR) with automatic cartridge switchover, or bulk systems (IDS-Bulk) supporting up to 30 liters for long uninterrupted runs.
